RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC DISCLAIMER

Warnings should be read prior to the purchase and use RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC Products.

By accepting delivery of your RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC Product(s) Order, the Purchaser and /or End-User recognize and agree to the following condition(s):

RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for accident or death due to the use of their product(s).

RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC disclaims all liability for any damages, personal and /or to property, that may result from the use of their holsters, magazine carriers and accessories.

Never place a loaded pistol in a RULE OF CONCEALMENT holster without first testing, in a safe unloaded condition, for proper fit with the pistol.  All RULE OF CONCEALMENT holsters are designed and are custom made for the specific pistol model it is molded to.   DO NOT alter your RULE OF CONCEALMENT holster in any way, period. This could result in an unsafe fit for your pistol and possible negligent discharge.

It is the end-user’s responsibility to personally check the holster(s) and pistol(s) compatibility before using the RULE OF CONCEALMENT products.  It is also the end-user’s responsibility to regularly check the holster and its hardware for proper fit and function.

RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC attempts to keep the most current pistol models, however the manufacturers of pistols constantly update their product specifications. Manufacturing changes to a pistol model can affect the proper fit of the end-users pistol and holster. RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC will not be responsible for such changes to the pistol by the manufacture or if the end-user has made personal modifications to the pistol.  Should your RULE OF CONCEALMENT holster become defective at any time, terminate use immediately and contact RULE OF CONCEALMENT, LLC for warranty coverage (if applicable).  The entire risk, as to the performance of the product is with the buyer. Should the product(s) prove to be defective following its purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer or retailer assumes the entire risk for any personal injury or death claims.

Carrying any pistol with a live cartridge in the chamber immediately in front of the firing pin may cause negligent discharge. ALL pistols should be carried with the hammer or firing pin resting on an empty chamber.  It is the end-user’s responsibility to exercise extreme caution when handling or carrying any pistol and to assume at all times that the pistol is loaded. Do not attempt to cock a pistol while it is in the holster.

You must be certain that your pistol is securely seated in the holster each time you holster or re-holster your pistol before removing your hand from the pistol grip. The pistol(s) must securely fit in holster to guard against accidental loss of the pistol.  During physical or strenuous activity, you should not rely on your holster’s retention capabilities; the pistol should be held in place with your hand to prevent the pistol from falling out of the holster. Always make sure your pistol is fully seated in the holster. When holstering or re-holstering the pistol in a RULE OF CONCEALMENT holster, you should always place your thumb on the back of the slide to insure that the slide does not go out of battery while holstering.
